The international IEEE Conference on AgriFood Electronics (CAFE 2026), which will take place in Cagliari from 23 to 25 September 2026, is dedicated to electronic technologies applied to smart agriculture and the agrifood supply chain, with particular attention to topics such as:
- Food Safety & Processing
- Traceability within the Agribusiness
- Advanced Sensing Technologies
- IoT, Edge Computing & Embedded Systems in Agrifood
- RF, Microwave and THz Technologies in Agrifood
CAFE represents a meeting point for an interdisciplinary scientific community working on the development of sensors and devices, embedded platforms, remote monitoring, automation, and artificial intelligence applications for the agrifood sector.
Submissions are already open, and the deadline for paper submission is 12 June 2026.
As part of the conference, the industrial forum Industry for AgriFood Electronics (IAFE) will also take place on 24 September 2026, an initiative dedicated to companies in the agrifood and technology sectors.
